With two main divisions—Ingredients and Consumer Products—it manages millions of gallons of milk daily. Despite evolving market pressures, it continues to adapt and grow through operational scale and resilience.
Due to the perishable nature of dairy products and fixed commodity pricing, the company faced challenges with supply variability, real-time product mix optimization, and high-speed distribution. Outdated legacy system and Oracle 11i systems couldn’t support key needs like traceability, lot control, and FIFO. Manual processes increased costs, prompting a shift to modern, agile systems.
We conducted a Proof of Concept to showcase future capabilities like RF/mobile warehouse management for faster, more accurate material handling. A multi-phase Oracle E-Business Suite R12 roadmap was finalized to replace legacy systems with advanced solutions, enabling end-to-end supply chain efficiency and operational agility.
