The Client

An American multinational in the wellness industry, established in 1998, offers fitness, weight loss, and muscle-building products. With a strong global presence, the company markets its offerings through direct response infomercials and multi-level marketing. It is transitioning from physical DVDs to digital streaming to modernize customer experiences and operations.

The Challenge

The company was undergoing a critical technology transformation, deploying several Oracle applications. Testing across multiple releases was becoming a major challenge, with most regression testing done manually—except for partial automation in Order Management. Manual testing led to long cycles, higher costs, and delays. The company needed automation to reduce time, cost, and improve reliability.

Our Solution

A pilot automation solution was delivered in 10 weeks using Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS), starting with Oracle SCM modules like Inventory, BOM, WIP, Purchasing, Costing, and Receiving. After successful implementation, the solution was expanded to Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, EBTax). The scope later extended to automate end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process covering Oracle ATG and Order Management.
